We use hand-harvested seaweeds fresh from the Yorkshire Coast, blended with other herbs and spices by talented chefs. All our seaweed is sustainable and we use local suppliers and organic ingredients wherever we can.
Add to all savoury dishes, especially seafood, but also meat, vegetables, or eggs.
